Payment is due at the time of the office visit unless a previous financial arrangement has been made with Dr. Vann. Please let us know if you wish to pay by cash, credit (Visa, Discover or Mastercard accepted) or you may also pay using your health saving card. Receipts will be issued at the time of the visit, monthly, or annually. Ask us how you can save money on your care by pre-paying for your treatment plan!
“No show” appointments are subject to a $45 charge. If remembering appointments is difficult for you, please request a complimentary reminder call, text, or email for the day prior to your appointment. Please expect a courtesy call from our office if you are running late or miss your appointment. If you are late, your appointment may be bumped or rescheduled but every accommodation will be made to ensure that you receive your care.
If an appointment must be changed, 24 hours notice is requested so that Dr. Vann may service others in need. We understand emergencies occur and 24 hours is not always possible. Please call the Office as soon as possible to let us know and changes will be made accordingly. It is recommended that all missed appointments be made up later in the same week or within 7 days to prevent loss of spinal correction.
