Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is all about helping your body function better by making sure your spine is in alignment. When your spine is out of alignment, it can put pressure on your nerves, which can cause physical AND mental stress. Misalignment recruits your sympathetic nervous system, and without even feeling it, your body goes into flight-or-fight mode!

Chiropractic care isn't just about fixing problems though – it's also about helping your body heal itself naturally. This means

  • We believe in the power of mind-body healing, meaning your mind and body are connected and work together to keep you healthy. Chiropractic care helps to support this natural healing process by removing stress in your nervous system and allowing your body to function at its best.

  • Chiropractic care is a long-term solution. It's not just about making the physical, mental, or emotional stress go away temporarily – it's about addressing the root cause of these issues so that it doesn't keep coming back. Keeping your spine healthy and aligned means enjoying better overall health for years to come.

At Impact Family Chiropractic, we believe in blending the best of science and holistic treatment. This means that we use proven scientific techniques to diagnose and treat problems, but we also take a holistic approach that considers your whole body and lifestyle. We'll work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals, then transition you to a wellness care to maintain your health and improvement!

What We Do

Ready to experience the benefits of chiropractic care for yourself? Schedule an appointment and take the first step toward better health and wellness!

That's it! Our goal is to help you feel better and stay healthy so you can enjoy life to the fullest. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, don't hesitate to ask – we're here to help!

1. Intake

When you first come to our office, we'll ask you some questions about your health history and what brings you in for chiropractic care. This helps us understand your needs and concerns better.

2. Assessment

Next, we'll do some tests to see how well your body is working. This might include checking your posture, testing your range of motion, and using special tools to see how your nerves are functioning.

3. Treatment Plan

Based on what we learn during the assessment, we'll develop a plan to help you feel better. This plan will be personalized to your specific needs and may include things like adjustments, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations.

4. Chiropractic Care

Once we have a plan in place, we'll start working on helping your body heal. This might involve gentle adjustments to your spine to help it get back into alignment, as well as other therapies to support your overall health.

5. Wellness Services

As you start to feel better, we'll gradually reduce the frequency of your visits. Eventually, you'll reach a point where you're feeling great and no longer need regular chiropractic care. At this stage, we recommend wellness services like periodic check-ins to help you maintain your progress and stay healthy in the long term.

Whether you're new to chiropractic care or wondering how things work at Impact Family Chiropractic, we've laid out what you can expect during your care.

At Impact Family Chiropractic, we use a special tool called the INSiGHT Subluxation Station to help us see how well your nervous system is working. This helps us figure out where there might be problems in your spine that need to be fixed. The INSiGHT Subluxation Station measures

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measuring Autonomic Nervous System balance and capacity to understand adaptability,

  • Surface EMG (sEMG) measuring postural spinal muscle tone and activity, and

  • Thermal scanning detecting imbalances in the spinal Autonomic Nervous System regulation of organ and gland function.
